Her research investigates β-thalassemia in pregnancy, with a focus on how the pathological maternal environment impacts maternal and fetal health, as well as postnatal outcomes in offspring. Congratulations, Lucia, on this exciting achievement! We are proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition of your research and training.
