DESCRIPTION:MCIP does a joint commencement ceremony with the Department of Integrative Biology & Physiology (IBP). This year’s departmental commencement ceremony will be held on Saturday\, June 15th\, 2024\, at 9:00am in Drake Stadium. \nSaturday\, June 15\, 2024\nin Drake Stadium. \nCeremony & Reception\n8:00 AM – Light refreshments\n8:30 AM – Student line-up at designated areas\n9:00 AM – Ceremony begins \nWho is eligible to participate?\nIf you graduated in Fall 2023\, Winter 2024\, or if you are a PhD degree candidate for Spring or Summer 2024. \nAnnouncements/Caps & Gowns\nAll ordering is done online for your convenience at the Graduation Etc. website.\nGraduation Etc. is located in Ackerman Union A-Level\, (310) 825-2587. \nHow do I let MCIP know that I am graduating?\nYou must submit the “Declaration of Commencement” form to the Graduate Student Services Office by Monday\, April 22\, 2024. \nDo guests need tickets to attend?\nYes. Tickets ARE REQUIRED for this event. IBP/MCIP offer four (4) free tickets. Additional tickets for $20 each are available for purchase. Seating is available on a first-come\, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to get the seating of their choice. \nParking\nDrake Stadium can be found closest to Lot 7 and Lot 4. The parking fee per vehicle is $15.
